• We currently ship our products across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
• Certain remote locations may have limited delivery options or extended delivery timelines.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
• Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to the customer.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

• We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Estimated delivery times vary based on location:
  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays due to weather, courier service issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping is free for all orders.

5. Order Tracking

• Once an order is shipped, customers will receive an email with tracking details.
• You can track your order through the courier service’s website using the tracking number provided.

6. Delivery Policy

• Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
• If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a notice for pickup.
• We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

• If you receive a damaged package, please report it to us within 24 hours with photos of the damage.
• If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier and inform us for further assistance.
• Any claims for missing or damaged shipments must be made within 7 days of delivery.

8. Cancellations and Address Changes

• Orders can be canceled or shipping addresses updated only before the order has been dispatched.
• Once shipped, modifications cannot be made, and customers will need to follow the return/exchange process.
