1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched for a full refund.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Order Cancellation by IPVoice Technologies

• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to the following reasons:
  • Product unavailability or stock issues.
  • Payment verification failure.
  • Incomplete or fraudulent transactions.
  • Unforeseen logistical or technical issues.
• If we cancel an order, customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued within 10-15 business days.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

• If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 10-15 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• In case of any refund delays, customers should contact their payment provider.
