At IPVoice Technologies, we aim to provide a smooth and secure payment experience for our customers. Please read the following payment terms carefully before making a purchase.

  • Wallet Payments (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
  • Bank Transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

2. Payment Processing

  • All payments must be completed before order processing and shipment.
  • Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days to reflect, and orders will be processed only after confirmation.
  • For COD orders (if applicable), payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

3. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices on our website are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations or supplier adjustments.
  • Any additional taxes or duties (if applicable) will be communicated before payment confirmation.

4. Payment Security

  • We use secure payment gateways to process transactions, ensuring encryption and fraud protection.
  • IPVoice Technologies does not store your credit/debit card details. Payments are securely handled by third-party payment processors.
  • Customers are advised not to share their payment credentials or OTPs with anyone.

5. Payment Issues & Failed Transactions

  • In case of a failed transaction, the deducted amount (if any) will be refunded automatically within 10-15 business days.
  • If the refund does not reflect within the expected time, please contact your bank or payment provider.

6. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated within 15 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.
