Refund and Returns Policy

At IPVoice Technologies, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following terms.

1. Return Policy

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in unused, original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear.
  • Certain products, including software, customized items, and consumables, are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

  • Provide order details and a reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for safely packing the product for return.
  • Once the return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error from our side.
  • If the product does not meet the return conditions, no refund will be issued, and the product will be sent back to the customer.

4. Replacement & Exchange

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Software, digital products, and downloadable content.
  • Items damaged due to improper use or installation.
  • Products without original packaging and accessories.
  • Customized or special-order products.
